May Convention Marathon

We are going to be closed for the rest of May due to our convention schedule. First up is Anime Central, then Phoenix Comic Con and lastly Denver Comic Con. At all three, we will be operating as Nani?Wear.Since we will be having 2 long distance conventions in a row, plus a local one, we won’t have time to open the shop back up before we pack up again and go back on the road. So this Friday, May 10th, will be our last day open until Tuesday, June 4th. Hope to see you in our travels!

2 Week Convention Closure

Just letting everyone know we will be closed from Thursday, April 18th, until Tuesday, April 30th, because of having 2 conventions in a row. First is Starfest, which is fortunately local. Then we’ll be off to C2E2 in Chicago, meaning we would have to simply turn around and reload everything up in order to be in Chicago in time.

We had intended to be mostly open Thursday, but the amount of snow in the Denver area has put us behind schedule. Hope to see you in 2 weeks, or stop by these conventions to get you favorite stuff from us!

Sales & J-Pop!

So we’re still clearing out the dust from attending Naka-Kon (which is fun every year) and now we’re settling down a bit since our next convention isn’t until Starfest in April. So you can now take advantage of our current news!

First of all, we received a large consignment of J-Pop music, artbooks & more a while ago. Also, we’ve reduced the prices on all of our older Japanese magazines and have plenty of Megami’s, Hobby Japans, Be-Boys, and Japanese Newtypes to page through and raid for your poster collection.

Closed for Naka-Kon 2013

Well, it’s time again to head out on the road. This weekend, we will be attending Naka-Kon in Kansas City. So we will be closed from Thursday, March 14 and then open again on Tuesday, March 19th. See you again!

Animeland Wasabi Closure

Local closure to attend a local convention. This weekend is Animeland Wasabi, at the Doubletree by Hilton on Quebec. We will be closed Friday and Saturday and open again on Tuesday as usual.

Another convention, another closure

After looking at the calendar, we realized that we’d barely be open a day before we’d have to close again to head off to another convention. So we will be closed all this week because we headed out to Anime Milwaukee as Nani?Wear. We should be open again February 19th, weather & travel permitting.

Local Convention – Galaxy Fest

We’ll be closed this weekend for another convention, this time Galaxy Fest in Colorado Springs, so it’s a short trip and we’ll be open most of Thursday. We’ll be open normal hours again on Tuesday, but just a heads up that we’ll be headed to Anime Milwaukee the next weekend. Meantime, come down and see our Nani?Wear booth at Galaxy Fest.

New Hours for 2013

Well, we are back from our first conventions of the year and now it is time for some new updates. Looking over the trends of 2012, we have decided to change our shop hours. They will be:

Tuesday-Friday: 10am to 5pm
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Sunday-Monday: Closed

Of course, we will frequently be closed for conventions, so keep an eye here and on the Con Schedule on the side. Looking forward to seeing you here or at a convention in 2013!

2nd Convention of the Year

So, we’re back from Anime Los Angeles and now have to head down for Albuquerque Comic Con this weekend. As such, we won’t really be open for the next few days. See you on the 15th if you’re not going down to New Mexico.

Holiday Hours 2012 & 2013 conventions

I realized that I had forgotten to put up our hours for the holidays. They are:

Closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

All other hours normal.

Also, we will be closed January 2nd – 7th, 2013 to attend Anime Los Angeles as Nani?Wear.
